Turkey Salad Over Romaine Lettuce

2 Cups Chopped Cooked Turkey Breast
1/2 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
1 Celery Stalk Sliced
1 Tsp Dried Parsley
Romaine Lettuce Coarsely Chopped
Salt and Pepper to Taste

  1. In a large bowl, mix turkey, onion, celery, mayonnaise, and parsley.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Serve over romaine lettuce.
